  • 200 g halloumi cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 4 tbsp bulgur
  • 7 cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1/4 red onion
  • 1 large bunch fresh parsley
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • Salt
  • Pepper

PREPARATION

    Drain the bulgur in plenty of salted water, let it cool, finely chop all other salad ingredients and mix everything together.

    Fry the sliced cheese in olive oil and serve it with the salad.
Tip
If you have some mint at home, add it for extra freshness.
