- 100 g sugar-free dark chocolate (preferably at least 70%)
- Shredded coconut
- Sugar-free cocoa powder
- Hazelnuts
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1I measured the coconut milk into a bowl, then broke the chocolate into it.
- 2Then I heated the mixture in the microwave for a few minutes until the chocolate melted, and stirred it until smooth.
- 3After that, it can go into the fridge. Once it starts to solidify, I formed balls from it, which I rolled in ground hazelnuts, shredded coconut, and sugar-free cocoa powder.
- 4And it's ready! Stored in the fridge, you can enjoy them anytime!
