  • 450 g pitted dates
  • 50 g sugar-free cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 60 g pecans
  • 50 g sugar-free dark chocolate

  • Hazelnuts
  • Almonds
  • Walnuts

PREPARATION

    Blend the dates, cocoa, half of the chopped pecans, and one tablespoon of water in a food processor or with a blender until creamy.

    Then pour it into a flatter baking tray lined with baking paper, and sprinkle the remaining pecans on top.

    Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes.

    While it bakes, melt the chocolate over steam and drizzle it over the baked brownie.

    It's delicious both warm and chilled.
Tip
Instead of pecans, you can also use hazelnuts, walnuts, or almonds.
