INGREDIENTS
- 450 g pitted dates
- 50 g sugar-free cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 60 g pecans
- 50 g sugar-free dark chocolate

PREPARATION
- 1Blend the dates, cocoa, half of the chopped pecans, and one tablespoon of water in a food processor or with a blender until creamy.
- 2Then pour it into a flatter baking tray lined with baking paper, and sprinkle the remaining pecans on top.
- 3Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes.
- 4While it bakes, melt the chocolate over steam and drizzle it over the baked brownie.
- 5It's delicious both warm and chilled.
Tip
Instead of pecans, you can also use hazelnuts, walnuts, or almonds.
