INGREDIENTS
- 10 dag grated Trappista cheese
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 3 tbsp breadcrumbs for coating
- Oil for frying
- Salt to taste
- Freshly ground mixed pepper to taste
- 20 dag millet
PREPARATION
- 1Cook the millet according to the package instructions, then add the grated cheese, crushed garlic, beaten egg, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly and form balls of desired size with wet hands.
- 2Roll the balls in breadcrumbs and fry them in hot oil until golden brown.
