  • 16 g cooked rice for sushi (chilled)
  • 20 g tuna
  • Soy sauce
  • Wasabi paste
  • Pickled ginger

    Pickled ginger pleasantly neutralizes the taste and aids digestion.

    Take a portion of rice in your right palm. With your index finger, take some wasabi paste and rub it onto the slice of fish. Place the slice of fish on top of the portion of rice.

    Dip the tuna nigiri into soy sauce flavored with wasabi paste and eat pickled ginger with it.

    Debone the fish.

    Slice the larger, round part into smaller blocks 4 fingers wide.
