- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 170 g 20% sour cream
- 300 g all-purpose flour
- 5 g baking soda
- 80 g sugar

PREPARATION
- 1Mash the cottage cheese with a fork, then thoroughly mix it with the egg and sugar. Add the flour, baking soda, and mix well.
- 2Using a teaspoon, drop small doughnuts into hot oil, then fry them over medium heat until golden brown. Remove them onto a paper towel to drain.
- 3The doughnuts will turn over by themselves while frying.
- 4According to taste, roll them in cinnamon sugar or sprinkle with cinnamon powdered sugar.
- 5Serve with jam and sweet vanilla sour cream.
