We have now been able to fulfill an old wish of our audience: "how could they take home the mulled wines consumed at our festivals? Important to note: we never boil the wine (despite its name), so we heat it slowly up to a maximum of 55-60 °C. Always prepare only as much at a time as will be consumed within half an hour, since the heat can cause the alcohol to evaporate quickly from the drink.
