Add honey only to drinks at consumption temperature (max. 45°C) to preserve its quality!

Honey crystallization is a natural process! It does not affect its quality at all. If you place the crystallized honey in a 45-degree water bath, it will become liquid again in a few minutes, with unchanged quality! All real honey crystallizes over time, due to its fructose-glucose-sucrose content and ratio.
