Product Information

The honeys are filtered and packaged at a gentle temperature, without any other technological intervention, thus preserving the quality and unique characteristics of the honey, and bottling it in its original form as it is extracted from the hives.

To preserve its quality, only add honey to drinks at consumption temperature (max. 45°C)!

The crystallization of honey is a natural process! It does not affect its quality at all. If you place the crystallized honey in a 45-degree water bath, it will become liquid again in a few minutes, with unchanged quality! All real honey crystallizes over time; this is due to its fructose-glucose-sucrose content and ratio.

Producer Information

The goal of Magyar Méz Manufaktúra is to deliver the best possible quality product from controlled farms to family tables. They deal exclusively with Hungarian products, thus remaining true to both their name and principles. The work of their primary producers and the quality of their honeys are continuously monitored not only by authorities but also through their own internal control system, thus they can always ensure the best quality for their customers. Their plant has held Biokontroll and HACCP certification since 2017, thus they produce daily in accordance with mandatory standards.
