The base of the beer is a very light pale ale and after the beer has fermented, we add 200 kg of cherry pulp to it. The cherry pulp is made up of two different types of cherries, the Újfehértó fürtös and the Érd bőtermő. We wanted to change the backbone of the usual cherry beer a little bit, so the end result is not geil and not sickeningly sweet, quite the opposite! The fresh tartness characteristic of the fruit appears in it.

Hübris is a small-scale Hungarian-owned brewery, which is still run by the founding master brewers to this day. The brewery with a 2000-liter brewhouse is located in Székesfehérvár, on Váralja sor, where they make our craft-quality, but not at all craft beers.
