Golden yellow dry, elegant fruity wine, with fruity, mineral and citrus notes. Excellent with fish dishes and seafood. Alcohol content: 12%.

Founded in 1895 by the famous ampelographer Chrétien Oberlin, Domaine de Colmar enjoys a privileged location in the heart of the Alsace wine region. The estate cultivates over 28 hectares, from the 14-hectare Clos Saint-Jacques vineyard near the cellars to the prestigious Hospices Civils Louis Pasteur de Colmar vineyard. Domaine de Colmar also includes the best vineyards in the surrounding villages, home to such great vintages as Pfersigberg, Hengst, Florimont and others. This wonderfully diverse terroir allows Colmar to offer an outstanding range of wines and amazingly rich food and wine pairings.
