The unique flavor of our latest syrup comes from the herbs grown in the Folly herb garden: the syrup made from thyme, rosemary and sage is a real spring flavor bomb.

Their syrups are handmade, small-scale, artisanal foods made in small batches. They make all their syrups in small batches, exclusively from fresh ingredients, seasonally. The products are preserved by heat treatment.
