Folly Pine Bud Syrup

The jury awarded it a gold qualification at the 2024 Hungarian Flavours Competition, and in 2025 it won the Balaton Uplands National Park Product Trademark. One of the arboretum's classic specialties: their pine bud syrup is made from new pine shoots and pine buds collected in the garden in spring, based on a carefully guarded recipe. In its silky taste, the aroma of pine is combined with a citrusy flavour.

Their syrups are artisanal, small-producer foods, which are made seasonally in small batches, exclusively from fresh ingredients, and preserved by heat treatment. The products do not contain preservatives or colourings. Any sedimentation that occurs is of natural origin and does not affect the quality of the product.
