The classic illy coffee blend consists of 9 noble Arabica coffees. 6 of them could be enjoyed solo, as Single Origin, i.e. coffee from a single growing area, but only in illy IperEspresso capsule form. From now on, 3 soloists (Guatemala, Brazil, Ethiopia) from the blend are also available in whole bean form.

The Arabica Selection Brazil is characterized by intense aroma, strong roasting, yet soft body, pleasant caramel flavor. The most pronounced member of the classic illy blend, it is the most present in the blend. It comes from the Cerrado Mineiro region of Brazil. A true tropical savanna, with rich biodiversity, periodic changes in rainy and dry seasons. An ideal place for growing coffee. You can see its flavor profile in the attached photo.

Producer information

Illy's most important products are various coffee blends, the most important feature of which is that they are made from 100% arabica coffee beans. The products were the first in the world to be marketed in hermetically sealed metal cans. More than half of the coffee is produced for export to 140 countries around the world.
