Oatmeal with raspberry sauce for 2 people
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 400 ml plant milk
- 80 g rolled oats
- 125 g Eat Me raspberries
- 10 g coconut blossom sugar
Preparation:
- Bring the milk to a boil in a saucepan.
- Add the rolled oats, then cook the porridge over medium heat, stirring constantly, for about 8 minutes, until thickened.
- Cook 100 g raspberries with 10 g coconut blossom sugar and 2 tablespoons of water in a small saucepan until soft, then mash with a fork.
- Divide the porridge into two bowls and pour the raspberry sauce over it.
- Garnish with the remaining 25 g raspberries.
