The history of their winery began 7 generations ago and they had to travel a long, challenging, hard-working, tradition-respecting, but at the same time innovative, experimental path to create the current GERE name, which is well-known both in Hungary and abroad. Today, the family's estate reaches 70 hectares and the younger generation is already part of the winery's everyday life. Their aim is to re-establish the intergenerational viticulture and winemaking that has been passed down from ancestors to descendants, based on the old Hungarian model.
