Its taste contains the real pleasure that permeates all our senses and encourages further sipping. This is typical of all “Bohemian style” Czech beers, which is why Czech twelve-degree beers have become famous worldwide. All the brewer's knowledge and experience is contained in this golden nectar. Only the finest ingredients are used for the recipe, and care is taken throughout the entire production process. It is left to ferment for a long time at a temperature of 1°C, which gives it a full and harmonious taste. Its colour is bright, clear gold, and its white, compact foam lingers on the top of the drink for a long time.

It is recommended for every emotional moment, be it joy or sorrow. It can also be enjoyed with meat dishes and salads.

This prestigious beer has become the emblematic beer of the Náchod brewery. It has won 26 awards to date, including the WBA (World Beer Awards) gold medal in 2010.

Producer information

The brewery that produces Primátor beers was built in Náchod, Czech Republic in 1872, and the first beer was brewed a year later. In 1935, the newly produced 12° brown beer, “Náchodský Primátor”, was registered at the brewery, which has since been referred to only as “PRIMÁTOR”.

There are currently 17 types of beer in their permanent range, and they also launch 2-3 limited edition beers each year. The beers are sold in their own, uniquely shaped bottles. They brew approximately 120,000 hectolitres of beer per year.

In 2013, the brewery received the prestigious “World's Best Beer” title from the WBA.
