The exceptional quality olive oil is mechanically pressed from olives. The most versatile extra virgin olive oil, suitable for cooking and salad dressings.
The olive oil may become cloudy below 20 °C, and solid flakes may form at lower temperatures. This does not affect its quality, at room temperature the oil will clear again.

During the processing of the olives, great care is taken to preserve their green colour and fruity taste. These olives are cold pressed, and do not undergo any chemical processes.
