Quality chicken ham made from selected chicken breast, in BIO quality. The ham has been produced in the traditional way for centuries. There are three basic procedures for preparing the ham - smoking, drying and final cooking. This ham has a bonus procedure, which is cooking in wine. It is seasoned with salt, pepper and natural flavours (chard and green tea). The combination of spices and the production process guarantees its special taste.

Environmentally friendly packaging

Eco pack is a new environmentally friendly packaging developed by Golfera. Thanks to the new packaging, the company uses 70% less plastic compared to traditional plastic packaging.

What is different about the packaging? It has a recyclable paper tray (FSC certified paper from sustainable forests), thus respecting the environment.

Use

Take it out of the refrigerator before consumption and let it rest so that the flavours can blend better. You can use the chicken ham to make snacks, breakfast or cold dinners. It is also perfect for a slice of toast.

About the manufacturer

The story of the family business began in the 1960s in a small butcher shop, which was founded by the father and grandfather of today's owner. The real dream came true in 1989, when they built their own Golfera store in Lavezzola. Golfera Lavezzola has become one of the most prestigious companies in Europe, primarily because of its passion for craftsmanship. The company's goal is to produce high-quality traditional Italian delicacies from meat and to produce various ready meals from the best quality ingredients.

Storage

Between 0°C and +4°C. After opening, put it back in the refrigerator and consume within 24 hours.
