Szabolcs Homola's encounter with Paloznak was no coincidence. His childhood attachment and sailing past, as well as his commitment to winemaking, led him to eventually take root in the Balaton Uplands despite living in Budapest. What was only a bold dream until 2007 has now become a reality. They place great emphasis on experimentation and traditional winemaking, as evidenced by the Homola series of barrel-fermented and aged wines, such as the Csopaki Kódex Rizling, the Sáfránykert Olaszrizling, the Hajnóczy Olaszrizling, the Parti Szél cuvée, the Syrah, the Kékfrankos, or the Homola Furmint from young vines. The 100% wine family (100% Balaton, 100% Rizling, 100% Szürke, 100% Sparkling Rosé) created alongside this represents the fresher, lighter, reductive line, conveying a true Balaton lifestyle. Social responsibility is of paramount importance to Homola Winery. Their goal is to be important and active players in the public life of the Csopak-Paloznak Wine Region and Paloznak.

Storage

Store at 10-15 degrees, in a dark, sealed place, consume within 1-2 days of opening.
