Their store opened its doors to celiac customers in March 2006. In 2009, they started to make locally baked pastries, which are very popular.
They are constantly expanding their product range according to the needs of their celiac customers: countless gluten-free bread mixes, cake mixes, pasta, pastries, breakfast cereals can be purchased in their store, strictly from distributors with gluten-free certification. In the interest of healthier nutrition, within a year they reduced the sugar content of 5 of our products, which makes up 20% of their product range.
