London Hill premium pink gin is made in a traditional copper pot still named Jenny. In addition to the usual juniper, angelica root and coriander seeds, strawberries are also added, which gives it a special colour and flavour.

Producer information

London Hill gin is made in the Langley distillery, which used to be one of England's traditional gin distilleries, and its history dates back to 1785. The carefully selected botanicals are first macerated in neutral grain spirit, then this solution is re-distilled in a traditional copper pot still. This process helps to extract the most original aromas and flavours from the individual botanicals.
