Magyar Méz Manufaktúra
The colour of linden honey ranges from light yellow to amber. It has a very intense, distinctive flavour, slightly bitter thanks to the silver linden. Intense, pure linden scent. It crystallises relatively easily, but this does not affect its quality.
- Linden honey generally contains the nectar of small-leaved linden, large-leaved linden and silver linden trees.
- It is a honey with a strong antibiotic effect, therefore we recommend it for colds, coughs and sore throats, as well as for febrile diseases.
- Suitable for those suffering from sleep disorders and insomnia.
- It has a high choline content, therefore it is also recommended for preventing fat deposits and arteriosclerosis.

The crystallisation of honey is a natural process! It does not affect its quality at all. If you place the crystallised honey in a 45-degree water bath, it will become liquid again in a few minutes, with unchanged quality! All real honey crystallises over time, due to its fructose-glucose-sucrose content and ratio.
