Eden Premium Rice Flour. The husked, peeled rice grains are ground as finely as possible, resulting in a very silky textured rice flour, in which the valuable nutrients remain the same as in the peeled rice grains. For example, the everyday dish of Chinese cuisine, rice noodles, is made from this.

Suggested use

Rice flour can be used in a wide variety of ways. It is excellent for crumbly doughs, sweet doughs, fine dumplings, but even pancakes and puddings can be made from it. It can also be mixed with other flours and is a perfect solution for thickening soups, stews, sauces. Its neutral taste allows it to be easily used in most dishes, but due to its smaller grain size, use less of it to thicken dishes. Be sure to mix it with other flours, as using it on its own can result in dry, brittle pastries and waffles that stick to the pan.
