The color of linden honey ranges from light yellow to amber. It has a very intense, distinctive flavor, slightly bitter thanks to the silver linden. Intense, pure linden scent. It crystallizes relatively easily, but this does not affect its quality.

• Linden honeys generally contain the nectar of small-leaved linden, large-leaved linden and silver linden trees.
• Strong antibiotic effect honey, therefore we recommend it for colds, coughs and sore throats, as well as for febrile diseases.
• Suitable for those suffering from sleep disorders, insomnia.
• High in collin content, therefore it is also recommended for prevention of fat deposition and arteriosclerosis.
• Consume in tea, coffee or even on its own!

Put honey only in a drink at consumption temperature (max. 45°C) to preserve its quality!

Crystallization of honey is a natural process! It does not affect the quality at all. If you place the crystallized honey in a 45-degree water bath, it will become liquid again in a few minutes, with unchanged quality! All real honey crystallizes over time, due to its fructose-glucose-sucrose content and ratio.
