Vegan Apple Pastry 

The Rádi Vegan Apple Triangle is a filled pastry made from puff pastry with an apple flavour profile. It is sold proofed, in frozen condition (Ze zmrazeného polotovaru).

After baking, the laminated pastry becomes crispy, while the filling adds a fruity character. It’s a great fit for breakfast, an afternoon snack, or alongside coffee and tea, and can be served fresh with home baking.

Use

Bake in the oven until done, then let it cool briefly. Serve on its own, or with powdered sugar or a plant-based dessert sauce.
