Quorn Vegan Pieces

Quorn mycoprotein pieces with a mildly spicy seasoning are deep-frozen, meat-free ingredients for everyday meals. High in protein and fibre, with a low content of saturated fatty acids.

The Quorn product range is based on mycoprotein, which is made using a fermentation process. The pieces are ideal for dishes with sauce, pasta dishes or vegetable stir-fries. Alcohol content: 0.

Use

Microwave: place the product in a microwave-safe dish, add approx. 420 g of sauce, mix, cover with aluminium foil pierced in several places, then heat at 800 W for 10 minutes. Stir halfway through and let stand for 1 minute before serving.
