Use

Place the unopened vacuum bag in hot water below 70°C for 15 minutes. Then remove the meat from the bag, pat it dry, and place it in a baking tray with a little fat. Roast at 200-220°C for about 45 minutes. During the last 15 minutes, brush the skin with vinegar every 5 minutes to make it crispy.
