The company, which is still 100% Hungarian-owned, was founded in 1986 by four private individuals under the leadership of Ottó Prohászka. The enterprise started practically from scratch and has now grown into a medium-sized company, finding its place in both domestic and foreign markets.

Their company established itself in the then narrow domestic market with the production of patented ice cream powder and has been a defining member of the Hungarian food industry ever since. Thanks to continuous new developments, they have also succeeded in conquering other areas of the food industry. Their specialty is the production and distribution of powder-based food products.
