• 1 jar SPICY GRAPE JAM
  Ingredients: grape must (90%), sugar, spices (2%), gelling agent (pectins), citric acid, preservative (sodium benzoate).
• 1 jar AUBERGINE ZACUSCA
  Ingredients: aubergine (38%), bell pepper, onion, tomato juice, cooking oil, garlic, table salt, pepper, bay leaf, preservative (sodium benzoate).
• 1 jar BEETROOT CHUTNEY
  Ingredients: beetroot, apple, onion, sugar, spirit vinegar, drinking water, cooking oil, mustard (drinking water, spirit vinegar, turmeric, mustard seeds), pepper, table salt, cloves, preservative (sodium benzoate).
• 1 jar ROASTED AUBERGINE
  Ingredients: aubergine, cooking oil, table salt, preservative (sodium benzoate).

Producer information

The family has been cultivating horseradish for several years in Létavértes, the home of Hungarian horseradish. Since 2012, they have been processing the excellent horseradish raw material from Hajdúság on a small scale. Hungarian horseradish is a Hungaricum, which has been declared a protected designation of origin by the European Commission since 2004. Their products do not contain preservatives or other artificial additives. Our horseradish products are also available in sugar-free versions.
