Producer Information

100% Alpine milk from family farms. Only Alpine milk is used to produce the world's most tender chocolate. They consciously decided to work exclusively with Alpine milk, as high-quality, gently produced milk makes chocolate truly magical.

The milk they use comes from a 100 square kilometer Alpine region, from 800 quality farms, each caring for an average of 60 cows. The production of Alpine milk requires extraordinary care, which is how they can obtain truly creamy milk and delicious chocolate.

For 120 years, Milka has supported local Alpine dairy farms by sourcing milk from small, often family-run farms across generations. They are proud to help local farms with their livelihoods, which is why they steadfastly uphold this noble tradition of support.
