100% Alpine milk from family farms. They only use Alpine milk to produce the world's most tender chocolate. They consciously decided to work exclusively with Alpine milk, as high-quality milk produced with tenderness makes chocolate truly magical.
The milk they use comes from a 100 square kilometre Alpine region, from 800 quality farms, each caring for an average of 60-60 cows. The production of Alpine milk requires extraordinary care, which is how they can obtain truly creamy milk and delicious chocolate.
