Kárásztelek Carassia Blanc de Blancs Brut

Carassia's winemaking philosophy rests on 5 pillars: Precision, terroir, grape varieties, technology, and appropriate aging time. Thanks to these, we can taste this pale golden-hued Blanc de Blancs sparkling wine, made from 100% Chardonnay. 75% of the base wine comes from the 2022 vintage, complemented by 25% reserve wine. Tasting notes include pear, citrus, and peach, delicately framed by biscuit aromas from aging. Long finish, creamy bubble structure, 24 months of aging, 8 grams dosage. 

Producer Information

Founded by four friends under the guidance of Tibor Gál, the Kárásztelek sparkling wine estate achieved international success by focusing on sparkling wine from the outset. Traditional sparkling wine is produced from Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Blanc varieties on 22 hectares in the Szilágyság hilly region, accompanied by still wines and Asti semi-sparkling wines.

Storage

Store at 7-15 degrees Celsius in a dark, enclosed place. Consume within 1-2 days after opening.
