About the brand
The brand's founder, Gyula Sebő, aimed to create equipment that would allow owners and dogs to spend as much time together as possible. This is where the founding of the Julius-K9® brand and the production of dog harnesses began. He founded his company in 1997, and by 2003, the K9 harnesses achieved huge success at the Dortmund exhibition. Sebő believes that the harnesses he designed will become lifelong products for dogs.
Where does the brand name come from?
- Julius: The German equivalent of Gyula Sebő's first name
- K9: Gyula Sebő received his first dog at Kele Street 9 in Budapest, and the company's first premises also operated at number 9 in Vienna (Langobarden Str. 9.)
