About the brand

The brand's founder, Sebő Gyula, aimed to create equipment that would allow owners and their dogs to spend more time together. This is where the founding of the Julius-K9 brand and the production of dog harnesses began. He founded his company in 1997, and by 2003, the K9 dog harnesses achieved huge success at the Dortmund exhibition. Sebő believes that the harnesses he designed will become a lifelong product for dogs.

Where does the brand name come from?

• Julius: The German equivalent of Sebő Gyula's first name
• K9: Julius Sebő got his first dog in Budapest at Kele u. 9., and the company's first premises also operated at number 9 in Vienna (Langobarden Str. 9.)
