Dreher's recipe has now been rethought by their master brewers to bring the values of traditional brewing to life. Following the fundamentals of brewing, and omitting corn, the new Dreher now contains only 3 classic ingredients: barley malt, crystal clear water, and two types of hops. This gives the beer its pleasantly bitter, characteristic taste, golden color, and white foam crown. Because at Dreher, they believe that exciting things can be created even along classic values.

About the manufacturer

The Kőbánya brewery, opened in 1854, became Hungary's first still-producing brewery – as a factory of Dreher Sörgyárak Zrt. Antal Dreher introduced bottom-fermentation beer technology in the mid-19th century and developed a new type of beer: Lagerbier. Later, he owed the honorary title "Beer King" to this, and it became the foundation of the great Dreher beers.

From the very beginning, Dreher achieved success at numerous international fairs and exhibitions, including winning a gold medal at the 1900 Paris World's Fair. Members of the product family regularly receive prestigious recognition at international beer competitions.
