The cooking juices remain in the container and can be used as a base for broths, soups or as an ingredient in other recipes. Octopus meat is rich in vitamins and minerals, it is low in fats – especially in saturated ones. Contains vitamins B1 and B12, vitamin E, folic acid, trace elements: magnesium, phosphorus, iodine, cobalt, zinc.
