It is sweeter than most honeys and is very good for sweetening food and drinks. Its flavor is not overpowering, making it a popular sweetener for drinks and pastries. He entered the world of bees as a layman, visiting the apiaries of his relatives, but he was soon captivated by the world of bees. He tried to acquire all possible theoretical knowledge about beekeeping by reading professional books and magazines. He received his first bee colony as a birthday present from his wife, and then he completed a beekeeping course. In addition to his main job, he started his beekeeping business by purchasing additional colonies.
