Di Lenardo - Pinot Grigio
The bouquet is elegant, floral and fruity, with fresh, flattering notes of Williams pear, banana, apricot and acacia flower. The palate is full, long and pleasantly acidic, with hints of apple and pear. The acids are nicely balanced by the serious body, which is followed by a very long finish.
- Pinot Grigio pairs very well with turkey, chicken and fish dishes. Of the cheeses, it pairs best with mozzarella, parmesan and pecorino.
Storage
In a cool place, away from light and heat sources. After opening, if the bottle is properly sealed with a champagne stopper, it can be stored in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
