Thanks to the perfect aging process, the sparkling wine has an outstanding aroma. Elegant light yellow appearance, the complex fragrance is brought to the surface by fine, tiny bubbles. Light floral scents appear first, then the scent of ripe peach, apple develops. With further aeration, we can feel bread crust and walnut. We can discover pear, butter dough, roasted hazelnut. The sip is complex, long and intense, giving the taster an experience.

Producer information

In 2009, the Rácz Lilla Brut Nature sparkling wine brand was created, which embodies their common desires, interests, tastes and happiness. They imagined what it would be like to open champagne for breakfast on Sundays or to open a chilled bottle in the garden in the evening. In the first year, we made 800 bottles. We figured that would be enough for those certain Sunday mornings with friends and family. In the following years, we always had a better idea of what to do differently, what to add or take away. This learning process is still ongoing and as we see it now, we will definitely not be bored for a long time to come.
