Preparation suggestion

The product is excellent as a cold sandwich topping, but it can also be used for cooking in those recipes where we want to achieve traditional sausage flavour or smoked flavour. It can spice up even the simplest dishes such as paprika potatoes, but it can also be used as an ingredient in Hungarian soups, casseroles, pâtés, vegan meatballs and stews. Remove the casing from the product before use, as it is not edible!

Vega-Farm products have been produced within the framework of a family business since 2012 in their plant, where they work exclusively with plant-based raw materials. Their main consideration when making their products is that they are made without the use of artificial additives, flavour enhancers, colourings and preservatives. They strive to use high-quality domestic cereals, but they also place great emphasis on quality when selecting other raw materials, which is why they do not use genetically modified raw materials. Smoking is done traditionally, with hardwood, in a smokehouse developed on the basis of their own experiments. Their aim is to help as many people as possible to a healthier and more sustainable diet with their products, because even on a vegetarian or vegan diet, you don't have to miss out on traditional, familiar Hungarian flavours, because tasty dishes can be prepared using only plant-based ingredients.
