Várszegi Chardonnay

Its colour is golden yellow, its taste is a special blend of buttery, slightly vanilla-like notes, ripe fruits, banana, pineapple, and gentle minerality. Thanks to the barrel ageing, roasting aromas frame the flavours. With a medium body, pleasant acids, it is easy to drink, yet reminiscent of a full-bodied wine.

We founded our winery in 2010 with a challenging, hard-working, tradition-respecting, but at the same time innovative, experimental approach. Currently, the size of our estates is 20 hectares, our plantations are located in Balatonszemes and Balatonlelle.

From the very beginning, we wanted to make wines that provide an experience for our consumers. Our viticulture is characterized by environmental awareness, the most important thing for us is to process healthy, ripe grapes. During winemaking, we work with the technology appropriate to the modern age. The most important thing for us is to bottle exceptionally tasty and fragrant wines.
