Tenuta Mokarta Grillo Sicilia DOC
Its aroma features notes of white peach, wild herbs and wildflowers, fresh and fragrant on the palate. Soft pressing, fermentation at controlled temperature, aging in stainless steel tanks, where it is aged on lees, with monthly batonnage for about five months. The best serving temperature is 9-10°C. Serve in medium-sized glasses.
Storage
Store at 10-15 degrees, in a dark, sealed place, consume within 1-2 days after opening.
