Luigi Tomadini Festonate ruffled egg pasta
The Italian name refers to the lace-like pattern on the edges of the pasta. Sauces adhere more easily to the ruffled edges. Due to its long shape, it is recommended for recipes that require egg pasta.

Preparation
Put the pasta in boiling salted water and cook for the recommended time. Stir occasionally, then drain. Cooking time: 12 minutes. Al dente.
