Product description

Alpine, whole, natural milk, in a returnable glass bottle. Made from one of the best milks from the mountain and alpine regions with gentle processing.
The milk of cows grazing on mountain meadows and alpine pastures has a higher proportion of healthy omega-3 fatty acids, linoleic acids, as well as vitamins and minerals.

The returnable glass bottles are part of the standard range and can be refilled 20-25 times.

Producer information

The Berchtesgadener Land dairy was founded in 1927. Their farms are located along the Alpine ridge between the Watzmann and the Zugspitze. 

Sustainable packaging

Reusable bottles and two-component cups are part of the standard range. They do not use PET bottles and have been using cardboard packaging made from renewable raw materials since 2017. Since 2010, every farm has been using GMO-free feed on its farm.

Without glyphosate and genetic engineering

Their farmers do not use herbicides at all. They manage their farms naturally and sustainably, thus preserving the diversity of grasses and herbs.
