Tanqueray London Dry Gin

Created by Charles Tanqueray in 1830, Tanqueray London Dry gin is still made today according to the classic, timeless recipe with quadruple distillation and a perfect harmony of the four classic gin ingredients: refreshing juniper, peppery coriander, flavorful angelica root and licorice.

Tanqueray London Dry gin has won numerous awards, including various accolades from World's Best Bars (Drinks International Brands Report, 2020). It was the best-selling gin, the 2nd most trending gin and bartenders' 2nd favorite spirit overall.

The iconic shape of the Tanqueray bottle was inspired by a three-piece cocktail shaker, which became famous in the '20s as part of the classic cocktail movement during Prohibition. The pineapple - once so exotic that it became a symbol of hospitality in 1830s England - features in the Tanqueray family crest and adorns every bottle of Tanqueray Distilling Company. 

Serving suggestion

It shows its best with tonic, lots of ice and a wedge of lime, but it can also serve as a great base for many cocktails.

The perfect distilled gin - "The" London Dry Gin! Charles Tanqueray opened his distillery in Bloomsbury, North London in 1830, where he developed his most typical, most classic gin from juniper, angelica, coriander and citrus fruits.

In 2014 and 2015, it was voted the trendiest and best-selling gin brand in the world's top fifty bars. Its bottle is shaped like a traditional three-piece shaker.
