Ingredients

250 g Kitti’s chickpea pasta, olive oil, smoked, diced bacon, 4 eggs, 80 g parmesan cheese.

Preparation

1. Put the pasta in boiling water and cook al dente.
2. For the sauce, beat the eggs in a medium bowl, add grated cheese, salt and pepper.
3. Fry the bacon in a pan, then mix with the cooked pasta and the sauce.
4. Serve with extra cheese and pepper on top.
