Ingredients

250 g kitti’s chickpea pasta, 1 garlic, basil, pine nuts, parmesan cheese, olive oil, salt, pepper.

Preparation

1. Put the pasta in boiling water and cook al dente.
2. While the pasta is cooking, finely grind the basil, pine nuts, parmesan cheese and garlic with a little salt, pepper and enough olive oil in a food processor.
3. Mix with the cooked pasta and serve with extra grated cheese and fresh basil on top.
