Borsodi Bivaly Premium Pale Lager 6.5%

Introduced in 2003, the domestically developed Borsodi Bivaly is the strongest contender in the field with its 6.5% alcohol content. Compared to Borsodi Beer, Bivaly has a fuller flavour and a slightly darker colour, and its flavour and strength create a perfect harmony.

The Borsodi Brewery has been an indispensable part of Hungarian beer culture for more than 50 years. The brewery started beer production in 1973 in the Bőcs brewhouse in Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén county. The original brewery now operates as a visitor centre, where beer lovers can admire the old technologies and equipment, learn about Borsodi's almost half-century-long history, the processes of beer brewing, and even take part in a memorable beer tasting. With its continuous technological innovations and the use of high-quality raw materials, the company keeps up with current beer market trends and strives for continuous development. Borsodi introduced the first domestic non-alcoholic beer and was the first to use KEG barrels. Borsodi was also the first to appear on the Hungarian market in metal cans, and the first widely available flavoured product line, Borsodi Friss, is also associated with its name. In recent times, it has also had numerous innovations, not only in its image but also in its in-plant developments.
