The Nobilis Pálinkafarm is nestled at the foot of the Vértes, between quiet, peaceful villages on the border of nature reserves, on 300 hectares. The mission of their well-kept orchard is to produce the best brandy base material. There are no added flavors: each bottle contains at least 2.5–4 kg of noble fruit, and water to achieve the optimum alcohol content. The water also comes from a karst spring in Vértesalja. This is how every Nobilis brandy becomes 100% natural. Apricot, plum, pear and sour cherry become noble spirits in the Pálinkafarm distillery, where the most sophisticated technologies and traditions are used for distillation.
